ABA therapy across Lake County, FL

Blaze ABA is a Leesburg-based ABA therapy provider for children with autism, and we serve families throughout Lake County. Instead of asking you to drive to a clinic in another county, we come to you. Sessions happen in your living room, at your child's school, and in the places your family already goes. If you live in Leesburg, Tavares, Eustis, Mount Dora, Lady Lake or Clermont, you're in our service area.

Why families across Lake County choose care that comes to them

Lake County is spread out. Getting from Clermont's hills to the lakes around Mount Dora, or from Lady Lake down to Leesburg, can eat up an afternoon. For a child who finds car rides, waiting rooms or new buildings hard, that drive can use up the energy they needed for learning. Therapy at home and in the community takes the commute away, and it teaches skills in the exact place your child will use them: the breakfast table, the school hallway, the checkout line at the grocery store.

What we offer in Lake County

  • In-home ABA therapy: one-on-one sessions built around your family's real routines.
  • School: if your child's goals include the classroom, ask us how we can work alongside teachers and school teams.
  • Community-based ABA: practicing safety, waiting, communication and independence out in the world.

Every plan starts with getting to know your child and your family, and is grounded in four commitments. First, your child's consent and dignity come first. Second, our care is trauma-informed. Third, neurodivergent voices help shape how we practice. Fourth, the data is always shared with you.

Insurance and Florida Medicaid in Lake County

We accept Florida Medicaid through Sunshine Health (MMA) and Molina Healthcare (including the Children's Medical Services plan). We also accept TRICARE East, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna and Curative. Florida Medicaid covers medically necessary ABA for children under 21. Before therapy starts, you'll need a Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluation (CDE) and prior authorization. We help Lake County families pull those pieces together, so the paperwork isn't one more thing on your plate.
