Blaze ABA provides ABA therapy for children and families across Lake County, Florida, at home, at school, and in the community. We're looking for behavior technicians and behavior analysts who want to do meaningful work close to home.

We're hiring for two roles.
Open position
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Work one-on-one with children, following each child's individualized treatment plan under the supervision of a BCBA. You'll help teach everyday skills at home, at school, and in the community, and record session data accurately.
Applicants must already be Medicaid credentialed.
Requirements
- An active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
Open position
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Lead assessment and treatment planning for the children you serve, including functional behavior assessments and individualized plans built around each child's and family's goals. You'll supervise RBTs, review progress data, and work closely with parents and caregivers.
Requirements
- An active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
